ScentAir hired Playbook to manage the construction and relocation from an existing operations space to a new 60,000 SF facility. The project scope included 30,000 SF of new corporate headquarters office and an additional 30,000 SF of new production and warehouse space. With budget constraints, Playbook, managed the team through an extensive value engineering process to reduce the budget and scope and still allow ScentAir to achieve their objectives for their new HQ on day one.
Mike was instrumental in getting our project successfully completed. The weekly meetings were organized, to-the-point and served to keep the various project teams on track and accountable.
