Landlord Services – PICOA

Playbook has provided project management services to PICOA for (4) office building properties located in Uptown, Southpark and South Charlotte. Services included budgeting and managing various capital improvement projects from mechanical systems upgrades, main entry improvements and parking deck & surface parking maintenance. Playbook also provided services to manage the buildout and completion of upfit projects located at the properties ranging from 3,000 SF to 15,000 SF of new retail and office space for landlord tenants.
