After successfully completing SnapAV’s 3rd floor project for the landlord, Playbook was hired by the tenant, SnapAV, to lead and manage the construction of an additional 30,000 SF for their Corporate Headquarters in the same building. Similar to Phase I, SnapAV had a limited overall budget and Playbook worked with SnapAV, the project architect and general contractor to value engineer this phase and also achieve a functional space within SnapAV’s budget. Scope of work included new open office space, private offices, conferencing, training, bistro and other amenities for SnapAV’s associates and clients.
