Colliers International hired Playbook to manage and lead BGW CPA, PLLC’s office upfit and relocation project. Playbook managed the relocation of two offices for BGW from a Southpark and Huntersville location to their new 12,500 SF location in SouthEnd. This project had a limited budget. Playbook managed an extensive value engineering effort with the GC & Interior Design team to reduce cost and still provide BGW with a new space to meet their objectives. Scope of work included new open office space, private offices, conferencing, multipurpose room, large breakroom with an adjacent outdoor patio space.
