Playbook managed the construction of this new two-story office building adjacent to a project we previously completed at 920 Pecan Avenue. The project included the demolition of an existing office space at the corner of Pecan and Chesterfield avenues and managing the construction of a new 5,144 SF office building for future tenants. Coordination of the tenant interiors work for the second-floor tenant was also included in Playbook’s scope of work.
