Playbook was hired for the transformation project of The Squires Building on 920 Pecan Avenue.  This project included abatement work, demo of the existing façade and interiors to create a new refresh for this office and retail property.  Additional renovation improvements included a new elevator, stairwells, roofing, structural upgrades and additional parking.
