Playbook was hired by Carolina Tractor & Equipment, CTE to manage the programming and construction management for their new CAT North Rental Store in Charlotte. This location included renovating an existing facility to include a new parts and sales retail showroom, offices, workstations, breakroom and conference room space. Site construction included a new wash bay and site concrete and stone placement for equipment staging and storage.
