Hope Community Church hired Playbook to manage the buildout of their second Charlotte location in historic South End.  This was an adaptive reuse project to renovate an old warehouse into a new 23,000 SF Church.  The exterior scope of work included new ramps, rails and ADA stairs, added parking, sidewalks and landscaping.  Interior scope included upgrading and adding new restrooms, new stage and multiple spaces for classrooms, breakrooms, offices, storage, training and an adjacent sublease space.
