Playbook was hired by MGM Brakes, a Division of Indian Head Industries, for their office relocation and renovation. MGM consolidated two locations – their R&D operations and their corporate office space – into an existing 18,000 SF facility. Renovations included a new boardroom, open office workstation space, R&D labs, testing rooms, outdoor patio and exterior renovations.
