Elior North America partnered with Playbook as their project manager for a new corporate headquarter space in uptown Charlotte. The 13,000 SF upfit project was located in a new shell space at 300 S. Tryon Street. Design for the new high-end HQ space included a living wall reception area, offices, open office plan, multiple meeting spaces, executive boardroom and open breakroom.
