Charlotte, NC
Playbook managed SentryOne’s new office HQ project located in a historic fiber mill in Lower South End. This was a 35,000 SF two phased project that included an open plan space with exposed ceilings, 2nd floor mezzanine, ornamental stair, pub, café, interior shipping container meeting space, multiple collaboration huddle spaces, interior trees, EV parking, conference rooms, training center, fitness center and high-tech low voltage infrastructure. Playbook was hired by Colliers International Charlotte to manage this project for SentryOne.

“When we set out to expand and build out a new office facility, we knew we would need assistance with the process from beginning to end. The Playbook team was invaluable in guiding us and in some cases ‘saving us from ourselves.’ Their engineering and construction background helped us quickly and confidently navigate the many decisions presented to us. From interviewing architects and previewing comparable spaces to construction methods, budgeting strategy and moving logistics, we could not have done this without them.”
