McLaren Charlotte chose Playbook as their project management partner to renovate an existing 9,000 SF dealership into a new McLaren Dealership. The exterior of the building was refaced with aluminum composite metal panels, new windows, glass entry doors and exterior lit sign. The showroom space included design elements of large ceramic floor tiles, baffle ceilings, new lighting, high-end office and lounge furniture, touch-screen configuration displays and a video wall featuring a direct feed of the McLaren manufacturing facility in England.
