Metrolina initially hired Playbook to provide assessments of its roofing and rooftop HVAC units for determination of their service life. After reviewing the report findings, Metrolina decided to remove and replace their existing roof and HVAC units. Playbook provided preconstruction, project management and post-construction services for this project over the summer of 2014 when school was out.
