In 2018, Playbook Management Company, Thrift Commercial Real Estate and CFID Studio opened up their “custom” co-working space.  This space includes an open office plan and common space breakroom, large glass-front conference room and lounge area.  It is located in the heart of Montford Park within walking distance of numerous restaurants, bars and retail establishments.
