TricorBraun hired Playbook as their owner’s representative to manage their relocation and upfit for a new 124,740 SF warehouse and office buildout.  The 4,739 sf office space included new conference space, breakroom, open office space and workstations. Warehouse space included 16 new dock doors and levelers and high storage racking.
