The Playbook team was truly an integral partner in our recent $ 28 M+ clubhouse project at Myers Park Country Club. Their services and expertise were leveraged time and time again throughout this multi-year and multi-dimensional project. As one might imagine, when working with a 70-year-old building, the unknowns were vast and presented themselves on a frequent basis. Playbook was there every step of the way to guide, coach, and seek the best path forward with all partners involved. This project required one to be highly attuned to the client base and to navigate through the ever-changing conditions with a professional “velvet hammer” approach. Their focus is always on the client, the end product, and the financial impact.

The Playbook team brought clarity, organization and a deep understanding of construction needs. They expertly coordinated contractors, kept the projects on schedule and budget and served as our advocate in every meeting and negotiation. Their attention to detail, transparent communication, and unwavering commitment to our mission allowed us to focus on our students and community during a very challenging time.

The team at Playbook guided us from beginning to end on building out a new 24,000 sq. ft. office space. They assisted every step along the way in selecting the architect, general contractor, furniture vendor, AV and security consultant, advising us with respect to each of those areas and ensuring that all of our other vendors performed at a high level. Playbook took the time to understand our goals and priorities and was able to communicate those clearly to others to advocate for all the things that made our project a success. The team brings expertise in a host of areas that benefitted us along the way.
